今晩は、Ｄoobie がＢ級バンドと言われて
落ち込んでる？ジジイです。
以前、Ｍ(地元でＳ、Ｋと飲みに行く仲間)と
Ｄoobieの最高傑作は『Ｃaptain and Ｍe』と
『Ｓtampede』のどっちかというのを話した
のを思い出しました。
Ｍはアメリカン・ロック好きで、Ｄoobie は
お気に入りのバンドです。
ジジイ達の世代にとってのＤoobie は、
Ｔ.Ｊohnstonの時代になっちゃうんです(;’∀’)
Ｍは「そりゃ、Ｓtampedeだよ」
と即答でした。
Ｊ.Ｂaxter が正式メンバーになって、トリプ
ル・リードになり。
Ｍ.ＨHossack の後釜に、Ｋ.Knudsen が参加
して、よりパワフルにもなりました。
確かにアルバムは最高です‼
でもなあ…『Ｃaptain and Ｍe』には
『Ｌong Ｔrain Ｒunnin’』『Ｃhina Ｇrove』『Ｓouth Ｃity Ｍidnight Ｌady』
が入ってるし…
そんな事より、Ｄoobie の７５、７６、７９、
８２年のライヴが出てました( ﾟДﾟ)
ブロードキャスト物ですが。
全部買っちゃいました‼
